Year Round Scholarship and Payment Plan Application Additional forms will be sent to you by regular mail once you have registered for any of DYF's Year Round Programs or Bearskin Meadow Camp residential summer camp program. Please note that you must first be registered for each program or BMC camp session you would like to attend before completing these forms. Once you are registered, you will receive confirmation from the DYF's main office. After confirmation, the DYF Registrar will send you all of the additional forms you will need to complete and submit prior to attending programs and camp sessions. All forms must be received in the DYF office before you arrive at camp or at a program.
