Improving the Quality of Life for Children, Teens and Families Affected by Diabetes

DYF DAY 2013

DYF DAY 2013

What is DYF DAY?

DYF DAY is a year long campaign to empower people affected by type 1 diabetes to show their support for the educational and supportive programs they love by creating their own fundraising efforts. Each year DYF celebrates our community’s success with a day of fun complete with a community walk on our “path of empowered people.”

Some of our most dedicated DYF DAY Fans!

On Sunday, April 28th at Heather Farm Park we united hundreds of people affected by diabetes for a day of fun, joy and a little “diabetes magic.”  Thank you for those who joined our celebration!
