What is DYF DAY?

DYF DAY is a year long campaign to empower people affected by type 1 diabetes to show their support for the educational and supportive programs they love by creating their own fundraising efforts. Each year DYF celebrates our community’s success with a day of fun complete with a community walk through our “path of empowered people.”

On Sunday, April 28th at Heather Farm Park in Walnut Creek, CA we will unite families new and old for a day of fun and a little “camp magic.” We also celebrate everyone’s efforts to help raise $100,000 to change the lives of children living with diabetes!

Here’s how to get involved:

All monies raised from DYF DAY will directly benefit our summer camps and year-round programs devoted to helping families, teens and children affected by diabetes.
